EQ-i 2.0 Leadership

The EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Assessment is a powerful psychometric analytical and coaching tool. In additional to the standard EQ-i 2.0 Assessment, the Leadership Assessment provides an additional in-depth look at emotional intelligence through the lens of leadership, comparing results to a cohort of top leaders.

The EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Assessment can be used when honing in on executive development, coaching and developing high potential leaders.

The comprehensive, personalized reports provide a blueprint for  leadership development at all levels. Leadership Potential is identified according to the following 4 general competency scales, as well as the top six EQ-i 2.0 subscales (based on theory and research) associated with each competency:
