EQ 360 Holistic
Holistic measurment from both the individual unique perspective as well as the perspective of other people.
The EQ 360 Assessment measures the same elements as the EQ-i 2.0 but includes the perspective of others, specifically managers, peers, subordinates and friends/ family (where applicable). ​​

An invaluable Profile Gap Analysis is also provided, highlighting how much agreement there is between the client’s self-rating and how their raters see them. This in turn shows areas of mutual agreement and strengths, reinforced opportunities, as well as 'blind spots' highlighting potential areas for development.

The EQ 360 Workplace provides a highly detailed and in-depth analysis on the individual level, where the self-assessments are compared to the clients' 360 degree view to provide valuable insights and opportunities for career and organizational development.

It must be noted that all results are strictly anonymous and highly confidential. The individual client has exclusive access to any results, and no results are shared with any external participants.
