EQ 360 Leadership

Holistic Leadership Report from the individual participant

& others' perspective.

The EQ 360 Leadership Assessment follows the same principals as the EQ 360 Holistic Individual, assessing emotional and social elements from the individual perspective as well as managers, peers, subordinates and friends/ family (where applicable).  When looking at a potential, new, or existing leader, it is not only important to gain an understanding of their performance in the workplace; but also to gain insights into their performance as a leader by supervisors, peers and direct reports.

It also provides the invaluable Profile Gap Analysis, highlighting the level of agreement between client’s self-rating and how their raters see them. This shows areas of mutual agreement and strengths, reinforced opportunities, as well as 'blind spots' showing areas for development.

The EQ 360 Leadership also focuses specifically on Leadership attributes of Authenticity, Insight, Innovation & Coaching. Additionally there is the psychometric Leadership Potential Analysis, Leadership Impact Analysis, detailed Stratergies For Action per subcategory and a SMART Goal Action Plan.

It must be noted that all results are strictly anonymous and highly confidential. The individual client has exclusive access to any results, and no results are shared with any external participants.
