Hello

I am a dynamic professional with a rich background in Psychology and Business.  After graduating with a Bachelors on Social Science, specialising in Psychology and Sociology, I joined the corporate world and the Qualitative and Quantitative Research fields.  After many years working across South Africa, The UK and Europe I then transitioned into education and teaching, to share knowedge and help communities. Most recently I focused on Emotional Intelligence, recognising the need to grow and enhance our soft skills, our people skills.  Positive Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Happiness are what makes us human, what sets us apart and it is this that I wish to help others with and share with the world.

After spending many years in research and education I launched Tombalina Consultancy, helping people understand themselves and each other a little bit better.  This is so that everyone can learn more about themselves, can work better together in teams and can develop their leadership skills all while growing closer to what makes us special as people, and as humanity as a whole.
