'Managing Emotions' Workshop This workshop is designed to help people increase their self-awareness and gain an understanding of Emotional Intelligence, its role in helping manage emotions and how they can be developed.  It is a
one- day workshop aimed at any level within an organization.

'Emotionally Effective Leader' Workshop This is a full one-day comprehensive workshop aimed at cultivating Transformational Leadershop Skills within a team environment. Deep dive psychometric and projective techniques are tailored towards Leadership, Innovation, Mentoring and enhanced Coaching Development.

EQ-i 2.0 (Group Team) Workshop Aimed at a Team level, where individuals within a team are evaluated seperately, and then the results are cross evaluated on a group level and cross tabulated to create more detailed analysis. Team members complete the individual assessment, and then a one-day workshop is conducted aimed at enhancing and growing teamwork and cooperation within the group context.

The EQ-i 2.0 Group Report combines the EQ-i 2.0 scores of individual team members or work colleagues, so that you can make interpretations at a group or team level.
